Post Foaling Pick Me Up With Re-Covery Mash
RE-COVERY Mash is the perfect ‘pick me up’ for mares after foaling, to ensure rehydration to aid recovery and help reduce fatigue.
Palatable and gentle on the digestive system due to its low intake and highly digestible fibres, RE-COVERY Mash provides the ideal medium to safely increase water and electrolyte intake with minimal fuss. Soaking 500 grams of RE-COVERY Mash in warm water so that there is some free standing water above the mash, can be offered to the mare once her and her foal are settled and the foal is suckling.
RE-COVERY Mash can be used through lactation on a daily basis as limited water intake can significantly reduce milk yield, or even dry it up altogether, in a couple of days.

RE-COVERY MASH is highly palatable, versatile and convenient to use in many different situations. It contains a blend of ’Super-Fibres’, known for their superior digestibility and provision of non-heating calories, helping to support optimal fibre intake.
Saracen RE-COVERY MASH will take 5-10 minutes to soak in warm water or 10-15 minutes in cold water and should be fed immediately.
